How to use 

1. Inject an appropriate amount of the solution onto the heel area where there are dead skin cells.

2. After 1 minute, use a foot file (the coarse side with bumps) to gently exfoliate dead skin cells.

3. Use the back (smooth side) of a foot file to gently exfoliate your feet and remove any remaining dead skin cells.

Tip: For even better results, spraying more polishing compound before buffing will be more effective.

4. Rinse thoroughly with a wet tissue or water.

5. After your feet are dry, apply moisturizer to prevent further dryness and maintain hydration.

6. Exfoliate your feet regularly, approximately every 7-10 days, depending on the condition of your feet.

Recommendation:  For those with very thick and rough dead skin cells, spray the solution thoroughly and adequately, then gently rub it off. After that, spray more solution and continue rubbing to completely remove all dead skin cells.
